Your hard work and commitment to Parkson remains a driving force behind our success, enabling progress and growth through investment across our entire business. As we reflect on the past year, we are proud to share with you just a few of the highlights from 2023. It has been a year of resilience, investment, and remarkable achievements that have propelled us forward on our journey of excellence.

Financial Milestones:
Every year we strive to provide our Reps with leading service and quality products. We know this ensures we are the manufacturer of choice and are positioned best when Reps are called upon to provide customer solutions. The unwavering philosophy of treating our Reps as our most important customers continues to pay dividends, as Parkson showcased the robust health of our organization through a second consecutive year of record top and bottom-line results.

Market Expansion:
Parkson demonstrated its commitment to growth with acquisitive investment in a technology license that paved the way for a granular sludge offering. Development of the Granite AGS™ product line was announced in the middle part of the year, and we are now officially off and running. Our Biological Team is hitting the pavement with our Reps – initially focusing on engineers currently under contract to design granular sludge plants. Early feedback supports our view that we have a winning value proposition in this growing treatment segment.

Product Innovation:
To continue our 50+ year history of bringing innovative products to the market, Parkson launched a dedicated New Product Development team we are calling the “Rapid Team”. This team was formed with a laser focus on using market intelligence to deliver both iterative improvements and all new products to our product portfolio. We have a long list of great ideas in the queue, and many are formally under development. Stay tuned for exciting new product offerings in the coming months and years.

Production and Supply Chain Efficiency:
Even in a relatively healthy market, we know we must remain ever-aggressive in our cost-out initiatives. Investment in our in-house production facilities like those shared in this Wavelink involving our Birmingham location deliver price improvements that maximize our win rates, profitability, and competitiveness of our commission structure. We envision production and supply chain investments remaining at the forefront of our strategic roadmap for the foreseeable future.

Rep Engagement:
For the first time in 9 years, Parkson hosted a National Sales Meeting. We were humbled by the tremendous turnout at this event that was hosted in sunny Ft. Lauderdale. We can’t thank you all enough for the investment you made in attending this event. While the product training was significant, it’s arguably the relationship building that stems from these events that produces the Parkson x Rep collaboration necessary to outpace the competition.

Looking Ahead:
The successes of 2023 serve as a foundation for the exciting journey that lies ahead. As we embrace the challenges and opportunities of the future, we remain steadfast in our commitment to excellence, innovation, and making the necessary investments to achieve our aggressive growth goals.
