New things happening in Parkson’s Aftermarket Maximizing Value in Parts, and Services

We have installed a new quoting system called PandaDoc. This system allows all Parkson and MRI customers to sign a live document and automates sending that order back to us. It is INTERACTIVE when needed, so the customer can select or deselect items and then adjust quantities. With this system comes the ability to allow credit card payments on a secure link. Our Finance and IT groups are in the process of activating this.

Reaching out to our existing customers is still underway with the Historical Database being updated with the feedback we receive. Regional Managers are also informed when a customer lets us know they have improvements planned for their plant. Product-specific emails were sent out to 125 Aqua Guard® customers, 38 Fuzzy Filter™ customers, 350 DynaSand® customers, 323 Rotoshear® customers, 78 MRI customers, 73 Helisieve® customers. These emails explained any updates available to the specific equipment, like the new Nylon Inboard Bearing Trunnion Wheel. It also offers a free inspection of the equipment and explains the rebuild opportunities as well as our Service Maintenance Boost program provided by our service team. In addition, an email was sent to almost 4000 customers explaining the improvements we have made to inventory levels to help reduce long lead-time items like control components that are still a supply chain shortage lingering issue.
